A second chapter in the Mitsubishi L200 "Chambeando X México" series — this time built around Sian Ka'an, the UNESCO biosphere reserve on the Quintana Roo coast where jungle, mangrove, and reef meet in one of the most biodiverse stretches of land in the Americas.
Mitsubishi's "Chambeando X México" series uses the L200 as a vehicle — literally and narratively — for stories about people who work the land Mexico is built on. The Sian Ka'an chapter sets that story inside a reserve so ecologically singular it carries UNESCO World Heritage status: a place where the soundtrack has to hold its own against mangrove channels, dense selva, and open Caribbean water without ever competing with them.
That tension — score versus landscape — is the actual creative problem a project like this presents. Music for a place this immediately beautiful can't simply illustrate what's already on screen; it has to add a dimension the camera can't capture on its own, while still getting out of the way when the location is doing the talking.
Responsible for the original score and the creative direction of how sound and image work together throughout the piece — from the first concept conversations about tone and pacing through the final mix, ensuring the music served the campaign's brief without ever overpowering Sian Ka'an itself.
